Chicken Bastilla: phyllo-dough stuffed with saffron chicken, almonds and caramelized onions
Seafood Bastilla: phyllo-dough stuffed with fresh seafood, vermicelli noddle and chermoula spices
Tangine de Poulet: Locally grown chicken slow cooked with preserved lemon, saffron and olives​
Chickpea & Vegetable Tangine: fragrant and hearty vegetable stew served over fresh couscous

Lamb m'rouzia: lamb braised with ras-al-hanout, honey, prunes and almonds
Lamb t'faya:
 lamb shanks with caramelized onions, raisins and roasted almond​s served over fresh couscous
