About Laila's Services
As your personal chef, I provide professionally cooked, authentic Moroccan food in the comfort of your own home. My services are thorough in that once we have decided upon the menu, the rest of the work is done by me. I take care of the shopping, prep-work, cooking, and serving. I am happy to make wine and beverage recommendations or provide wine upon your suggestion. You then have time to enjoy the company of your guests without thinking about the work being done in your kitchen. Meals will be served family style from your personal dishware. I will only leave once your kitchen is clean and you have finished your meal.
If you have never had it before, Moroccan food contains wonderfully simple ingredients, yet yields rich and delicious flavors. Keep in mind, the menu options on my website are just a starting point. I am very happy to work with you to create a menu that suites your budget and your taste. I have a wonderful selection of small plates too, perfect for any gathering at your home.
I can accommodate most dietary needs and all my fresh ingredients are skillfully seasoned to produce wonderfully fragrant and spiced meals guaranteed to wow your guests.

I was taught what items were of quality, what to mix with which spices, and shown many different types of fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins. I was surrounded by delicious food, and meals were how we shared our daily life with family, friends, and guests. The name Laila's honors my family and those memories.
As an adult it was only natural to continue my love of food, hospitality, and bringing people together around the table. With 20+ years of experience, I am passionate about my work. I believe that flavorful ingredients, prepared with love, and shared with others, creates much more than a meal; it enriches our lives through culinary experience.
